"Well, we had to be moved four times to different rooms first time.The room next to us was playing loud music.That was ridiculous.The second room we walked in dirty towels on the floor bed unmade, the third row, we go in everything looked fine.We started unpacking, and I went to the restroom.Just to pee and come out, get our suits on.And i'm like, is that toilet running?And there was water everywhere, all over the floor like just the whole floor is covered in water. The fourth room was ok. I will say you can hear the highway pretty good. I will say the pool was on the cool side dor being heated. I will not be staying there again. The guy at the front desk was super nice and lady bot as friendly"

"The air conditioning was noisy, and the view overlooked a dirty rooftop. The shower was difficult to use because the hot water was scalding while the cold water pressure was very weak. The pillowcases and towels even had holes in them. I stayed here about six years ago, and the property was much better maintained back then."

"Hotel was clean and smelled nice. Close to our venue. I was pretty upset that the heater in the indoor pool was broken. No notice, no messages about it, and we weren’t even told this at check in. We chose this hotel 4 months in advance just because of the indoor pool. We even added a day to our stay because of the pool. Hubby and I went down to the pool, in our suits, walked passed the front desk employees, and no one said anything. Pool was FREEZING cold. I asked about it, and while they were kind, I was the one that had to ask for any kind of a refund. $40 off of a $380 bill. "
