"We never even got to stay at the property because of check in process! It was disclosed to us after booking that we had to go to a building to get passes to get past the gates the get to the house. There is one way in and when we arrived around 7:30 pm, there was a two hour wait to get passes. We left and got dinner, came back two hours later and the building was so packed that a security/police officer told us we could not enter the building. We were unable to get passes and had to drive two...
