"My partner and I booked a room here last week as a last minute booking and we were beyond thrilled with the room, the service, and the breakfast! The rooms were simple, but very clean and had everything we needed! The breakfast was also simple, but wonderful and traditional. Arthur was an EXCELLENT host! The street is a busy one so can be noisy with traffic at peak times morning and evening as property on a hill. Also guest house is noisy as my room was on the ground floor so could hear noise from upstairs and the owners part of the house. Also the room I had was off the lobby so people coming and going made it noisy and no privacy from the street or other guests if the blinds...
