"Incredible location for the spring, backcountry skier. Nice 2 bedroom layout. Kitchen was easy. Shared bathroom not the best. But seperate shower room helps. A bit of a jaunt from town, but quiet and serene upon arrival. No cell signal. But wifi was consistent, minus one day when it went blank. Hike and ski right from your deck."

"The proprietor, Helga, was super-nice and helpful. She told us all about the history of the little town and what to expect on our drive around Iceland. The room was comfortable, with a truly spectacular view out the front window. But be aware: there are four bedrooms, and there's only ONE bathroom! We were fortunate to be the only couple there that night, but otherwise, contention for the bathroom would have been a hassle."

"Quiet and cozy cottage! Well equipped kitchen. Flexible check in time with clear instructions. Clean bed sheets and towels. Only drawbacks are stains over the whole shower area and thin pillow. "

"We loved our time in the Northern Comfort Inn. The shared kitchen space is really nice with everything you need. Access to laundry was very helpful for us. The room was cute and everything was super clean. It is a great space and everything looks really nice inside! We would definitely come here again. "
