Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in diesem Apartment. Die Wohnung ist picobello sauber. In der Küche findet man das nötigste vor, kleine Gerichte zu kochen ist ohne weiteres möglich. Es waren von der Witterung her sehr widrige Tage: extremer Schneefall, Frost, tierische Kälte. Die Wohnräume und das Bad sind gut beheizbar, man merkt dass die Wohnung relativ neu renoviert ist.Für den angegebenen Zweck (Monteurwohnung) ist sie top geeignet. Für einen Ferienaufenthalt würde ich sie nicht unbedingt top bewerten, die Lage mit einem Industriebetrieb nebenan und die etwas nüchterne Einrichtung würden mir da nicht unbedingt gefallen. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. - Aber: trotz des Betriebs nebenan ist es in der Wohnung ruhig und man hat keine Lärmbelästigung.Wie gesagt: als Monteurwohnung spitze, für die Ferien nicht unbedingt erste Wahl. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief über den FeWo-Direkt-Chat reibungslos, er hat sich nach dem Checkin auch telefonisch gemeldet.

kommen gerne wieder

Wir möchten uns sehr bedanken, dass wir die Wohnung mieten durften. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön groß. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und der Vermieter hat schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich. Hier erlebt man eine Willkommenskultur (Betten waren bezogen, Handtücher liegen bereit, usw.). Ankommen und der Urlaub beginnt. Es ist sehr ruhig, trotz der Nähe zu Bahnhof. Die Betten waren super bequem. Wir möchten uns noch Mal für das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen bedanken.
