Just be aware that it is in the middle of nowhere, but not in the romantic hideaway sense, just nowhere near any facilities. If you don’t need them, then it is a really lovely overnight stop . "

There is a very active train track about 1 mile down the road and some in our group were awoken at night because of it, but most of us slept through it just fine. "We loved our stay here! The cabin was perfect for our little family and had everything we could possibly need! We loved the grill and fire pit and we had plenty of room to hangout. Super close to multiple lakes and many bars/restaurants. Highly recommend for a little getaway (and to escape the Phoenix heat)."

"We had a wedding to attend in Pinetop. We needed a larger home to accommodate 8 adults and 1 child. The home is exactly as described and very clean. The check in process was very easy and all the rooms were nicely spaced out so you were not on top of each other and all were a nice size. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. We were so busy with the wedding it was a bummer we didn’t get to have more down time and really enjoy the quiet serene atmosphere. Highly recommend this cozy home!"

Everything was easy to use (garage key pads, appliances, thermostat, tv, hot tub) Just check the directions for the fireplace in the book…there are two sets of how to turn it on and they are different.
