"There were some good and bad things about the resort Good: great quieter location, pools are amazing and the grounds are very nice Bad: rooms can be cramped and outdated, some wear and our shower door was very hard to open and close. My biggest complaint would be how long it takes to check in and check out. The lobby was always busy. We had a man from housekeeping open our hotel door without knocking close to checkout which is unacceptable. Finally - the resort fees were not part of my hotels.com pricing and all you get for them was wifi and bottled water. Way too many other options in Sedona. I will try elsewhere next time. "

"1st we didn't sleep well in the hotel due to their mattress bed. Its like over used. The room was dark and they didn't give complimentary bottled water."

"Professional, courteous, and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice 2.5 or 2 mile gravel walking path through forest. Many other amenities I didn’t use. While right off I40 it’s very quiet and easy drive to downtown. Kudos to management and staff!"
