My trip was delayed, and the host said I needed a new code to access the building, but then did not reply with the code or acknowledge my messages for over 15 hours. I was tired and hungry and waiting outside of the property for anyone to respond, including the back up contact listed. When I finally reached him by phone, he was confused as to who I was. He replied to another message the next day regarding checkout...

"An excellent property that was very clean. Communication with the host was excellent and very responsive. A 5 minute walk to the tram station to take you to the beach/marina or city centre. We travelled with our 1 year old and a super market is within 3 minute walk. We will definitely be returning."
