"The breakfast was awesome and the rooms are clean. This is a great location. The staff were very friendly. The room was noisy due to the HVAC system. I’m not a light sleeper so it didn’t bother me but it was very loud. It’s recommended but wanted to mention the HVAC issue."

"The friendly and accommodating staff and the central location made the stay a truly memorable one. The hotel is only steps away from Chinatown, and it's the perfect place from which to begin exploring the city. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff were gracious to a fault. I would definitely try to stay here in the future!"

"Incredible hotel in an amazing location right on union square. Hotel was clean the bed was the comfiest I’ve slept in. Staff were wonderful and the little birthday gift on arrival was a lovely touch. Would defo rebook this hotel without a question."
