They offered alternative accommodations at nearby affiliated hotels (Marquis & St Francis) at great prices, but we decided to stay at least until we had attended an event wiith friends. "Hotel hosted a free happy hour each day that was very welcoming. One restaurant onsite with limited options so we preferred to walk to local spots. Gave 4 stars only because hotel seemed pretty dated. I would still consider staying there again due to the friendly staff and the convenient location."

"For a boutique hotel the room and bathroom was a very big compared to some other boutique I have been to. Great location if you are a Baseball fan. Busses and trains are just outside the door."

"Nice hotel, great service, clean rooms and nice spot to take a walk into Burlingame for great restaurants. The one issue we had was with the shuttle. THE SHUTTLE IS SCHEDULED ONLY, not running between 12-3pm. If you need a shuttle from the airport during these times you’ll need to Uber or call a taxi and the cost is $25-30."

"Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Its a Great location. Between downtown and the boardwalk/wharf. Can easily walk to either direction (although we usually take our bikes). Theres a great little cafe market right across the street. Its cash only, but the food is good. "
