Deceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. Shower head did not work.it spewed from sides, cracked glass, can opener didn't work .Driveway to parking scraped bottom of car every time we entered. The intention is to take $ without giving an experience. Terrible

The staff was superb polite and helpful

Property was well maintained and rooms clean however the rooms did not have drawers for our clothes so other then some that we can hang in closet the rest has to remain in suitcase But excellent service from staff and food was good

Clean and excellent customer service frobthe staff especially the room cleaning ladies, the security was spot on and great bula smile from the front desk ladies. Just a bit of training for the waiters,to be customer oriented and be attentive.

TV did not work no handle on balcony door bathroom door had no handle and didi not close.The lift did not work so they moved me down 1 flight of stairs to a 2 room unit that had 7 beds in it ? As the lift was not getting fixed I left 5 days earlyat my own cost.This place should not be advertised on any website.
