"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here. We came to London so I could run the London Marathon. This apartment is absolutely perfect and beautiful. It is extremely close to The Mall and Buckingham Palace where the finish line is for the marathon which is why I chose this one to begin with but what I didn’t realize until we got there was how close it truly was. "The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room we were given smelled like smoke and they were able to move us to a different room. After that though we had mixed experiences with staff. The woman working the cafe on the first floor was surly and then we called the front desk asking for help and didn't get anyone to come up for over an hour. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and it was alright. Overall, just an okay experience."

"Great location for the price and location The hotel needs a bit of maintenance and not having a kettle or iron in the room is a bit of a challenge IMO. However if you need a bed in the city, this was perfect. I would stay again, but honestly a kettle and iron in the room would go a long way"

"I only stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling alone, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room had a double bed, yet only one pillow was provided. The blanket was also very small and did not properly fit the size of the bed. In addition, there was no fridge in the room and not even basic amenities like a small toothpaste were provided. Considering the price of the hotel, I expected much better service and comfort. Overall, I found the hotel overpriced for what it offered and would not recommend it."

"This hotel is OK if you are staying for 1 or 2 nights and are happy to live out of your suitcase. However there are a number of issues if you are staying for a longer period. 1. Storage space - There are no drawers in the rooms, to put things like underwear or small clothing items. In the double room there was only one bedside cabinet which meant all my bedside items (book, phone etc) had to go on the floor 2. Bathroom - There wasn't one. The handbasin was in the passage between the door of the room and the bedroom section. There was a shower compartment which opened onto the bedroom with a curtain to hide you when you were showering. My wife loves me very much but did not particularly want to see me washing my "bits". 3. If you are female there is nowhere to put make up or any other things that a lady needs to make herself presentable on leaving the room. 4. Breakfast was nice but because the hotel appears to cater especially for tour groups it is difficult to get a table at times. 5. Hotel bar - There is no bar service,you have to wait for a waiter to take your order and bring it. On one occasion this resulted in a 15 minute wait before ordering and then a 30 minute wait for the drinks to arrive. 6. Room cleaning - They have an unnecessary technological system where you press a button the wall to request room cleaning the next day. We did this - the room was not cleaned. I am not sure how this is more efficient than hanging a note on your door requesting the room be cleaned"
