"The hotel was in the process of being renovated during our visit. The updates were nice-looking, but there were a ton of workers coming and going, so it got a bit loud. We were initially given a room that was in the process of being worked on, so we had to get back to the lobby to get reassigned after we had already brought belongings up. We also had a squeaky fan that we had to keep off due to noise. We liked the pool and breakfast."

"I didn't get much of an opportunity to check out the amenities adequately, but the room was nice and the staff was wonderful! There were adequate trolleys to carry out luggage and the elevators seem to always be there when you needed one, even though it seemed there were a lot of people staying there. The best part for us, however, was the location as it was central to our specific needs and close to pretty much everything."

"The Friday staff upon arrival was great. Super helpful and approachable for first time visitors to Lexington; weekend staff not so much. I’d advise against mopping the main entrance as check in time approaches aa my friend fell coming into the building. The desk staff was very kind and made sure she was okay, even offered to pay for her nail to be fixed. "
