"This is right onthe beach but high up so you have to walk down quite a bit of steps to get down there. There are palapas but no staff. Very good AC in room/hotel. Wifi good enough for work tasks. Video conferencing calls are ify."

"I love staying at Barceló Valle because it is always so clean, and the pillows are incredibly comfortable! But more than anything, what keeps me coming back is the wonderful staff. They truly make you feel like family. Not to mention the breakfast that is to die for !! I travel alone often, and I always feel so welcomed and comfortable here. Everyone is incredibly cordial, attentive, and helpful, and they always have such a positive attitude. Their warmth and excellent service make every stay special.
