The highlight of our trip is hotel staff. I had lost my ring (gold/diamonds) which I realized after checking out and was really not sure if I lost it in hotel or outside and even lost track of when I lost it. But had informed front desk to look out for it just in case. 4 hours later we get the call - they had found it. An amazing example of above and beyond and a reminder to all that hospitality is not just about making a business run. They have a proper system to manage lost and found - there is a service that can ship the item to you. We are so happy that we had this positive experience and our best regards with the hotel folks.
