"I don’t like the fact you can’t check in until 4pm and water slide close at 5pm and the whole water park area close at 7pm so u really don’t have no time to enjoy the water park you should get more than 3 house to use the water fun that’s the point of coming u can’t enjoy the water park unless u stay for Multiple days"

"Felt everything was just right. Clean facility and comfortable room. Love the soaps in the shower and sink area were in dispensable containers. Even the sink was slanted and water drained very well and didn’t pool up. Woke up and couldn’t wait to enjoy free breakfast and they grounded the coffee beans. Excellent price for the room. That is what I like, a clean comfortable room at a reasonable price and I got it. "

"The property was terrible. The room was dirty. The dishwasher smelled like poop. The room was extremely nasty smelling there were roaches in the room as well. I have never had this experience before. The pictures are not what they are advertised as."

"I was so impressed with the staff, amenities, and hotel room. Everything was very clean and organized. Breakfast was warm and there was enough for everyone. I left my blanket when we were checking out and I received a reminder from the front desk, which is super thoughtful. I consider myself to be a medium budget traveler - so I look for property safety, cleanliness of rooms, and kitchenette availability - because when I travel, I prefer to purchase items I can keep in the room. This location met and exceeded every item."

"The overall cleanliness of the property is really bad. This property should have not been listed here. The walls, floors and doors are dirty, the tab is so nasty we were afraid to use it, we ended up not taking a shower there at all. I wish we have time to find another hotel that late. We decided to just sleep there one night and checked out really early. The staff were nice making sure there was a security in that shady area. The staff has to lock the front door of the reception area until the police came due to a questionable character walking around the premises. Some people are just larking around the premises. A couple of people occupying the other rooms are scary making inappropriate comments to my wife. This hotel should be inspected by the city of Phoenix because its condition do not reflect the good environment of the city and not appropriate for a paying customer."
