"Unfortunately this was my first time using VRBO. I don’t even know where to begin. Check in was fairly simple. Upon entering unit your are hit with a potent cigar smell with candles burning to cover up how strong the smell is. After unloading our stuff we decided to make dinner. Absolutely no pots, pans, silverware etc. Condo was filthy. Had to rewash all blankets and covers before sleeping on bed. Had to sweep and clean floors and wipe down countertops as they were completely filthy. Owner left...

"Needed this room in a pinch since it had a kitchen in it for a Thanksgiving stay. For 2 people, the room is perfectly sized. Conveniently located next to the elevators (which was perfect for my disabled wife) and they accept service animals along with a nice dog relief area located just outside the main lobby entrance which was very nice. Only lost 1 star rating due to the facts that there were limited cleaning supplies for use during the stay (no broom or dustpan, no vacuum, no mop, and only 1...

"Linda’s guesthouse was immaculate and very cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet and parking was very convenient. The guest house is easy to access and separate from the rest of the house. Neighborhood is convenient to everything in the Gilbert/Chandler/Tempe area. Highly recommend."
