"Give Jared at the front desk a raise!! Overall wonderful experience. Not only was I able to get an early check in but the room itself was clean and comfortable. My husband and I were visiting for a wedding and Jared remembered us and asked us how the wedding went. He was also able to offer options for dining which is above and beyond. "This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to...
