We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. The communication was top tier and they even help you book tours and transportation should you need it the food recommendations did not disappoint. "Wow! What a wonderful property, we did not want to leave. So comfortable and luxurious, with beautiful verandah and an outside bathtub and shower. Our teenagers loved it too, gorgeous pool area and comfortable rooms and great kitchen. We also so enjoyed viewing toucans, humming birds and other wildlife right from our porch. Good WiFi and netflix etc. Laundry also done for us. Overall a brilliant stay!"
