"Wow! What a wonderful property, we did not want to leave. So comfortable and luxurious, with beautiful verandah and an outside bathtub and shower. Our teenagers loved it too, gorgeous pool area and comfortable rooms and great kitchen. We also so enjoyed viewing toucans, humming birds and other wildlife right from our porch. Good WiFi and netflix etc. Laundry also done for us. Overall a brilliant stay!"

"My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. "Stayed here for a night. Orlando, the owner, welcomed us and showed us the room. He was very nice and hospitable. The room was clean, I liked the interior design of the suite we got. We met two kittens who were friendly. If you like cats, they will gladly enter your room. If you don’t, you might want to consider. They are very sneaky going inside, but they are cute. "The views! It was absolutely stunning here. The location was really far out from things, about 30 mins or more to get places. But waking up with the view of the volcano and the noises of animals around us were amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the place was perfect for what we needed while we were there. "

"Very comfortable accommodation. Enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening. Hammock was a treat. Kitchen had everything we needed including coffee. Pool was great but we couldn’t find the hot tub controls. Location was good for us, close to everything but not too close. A very pleasant stay, will recommend it to friends. Muchas gracias!"
