"I booked 5 rooms for my friends hen do and had the best experience. The rooms were upgraded for free and we got to check in early for no extra cost which made the day we had planned even better. The rooms were spacious, well equipped with the comfiest king sized beds. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. The location was great for getting in the centre by walk or taxi. The parking is off site but a minute walk away and £17 for 24 hours which for a city isn’t too bad. Would return...

"One of the towels was dirty. The lift was broken. There was junk outside the lift on every floor. Seems like a place for hen and stag events, and like bad behaviour is expected by staff from all patrons."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The property tried to charge me twice. The apartment owner is also very rude on the phone with poor communication. Once I had booked, I arrived at the apartment to find out I can't be let in the building because all staff had gone home. I asked why am able to book if no one is available to let me in and he told me I booked to late. He then asked me to send £700 to his account in order for him to send someone to let me in. I declined and said we will leave it only to wake up...
