"Unfortunately, the bed was covered in hair, which made me worry that the sheets are not changed often enough. The bathroom was clean overall, although my roommate sometimes left urine on the toilet seat. The room was quite noisy, and at times the whole hostel seemed to shake. There was constant noise both from the fan and from the bar downstairs. While this is understandable given the lively area, it might be a good idea for the hostel to provide earplugs for guests. On a positive note, the location is very central and convenient."

"Amazing place, clean, friendly, nothing too much trouble. Excellent food. So easy to get from train station. 10/15 min walk or use the free bus from the station. Goes around the city takes about 20/25 mins to get to Shudehill stop. Off the bus two min walk up the road and the hotel is there. Everything is accessible to walk to. We dined at 20 Stories restaurant well recommend. 22 min walk from the Crown Plaza. Cheaper to stay than premier inn and far better. Service impeccable"

"Everything was great! very friendly and amazing staff works there, brekfast was spot on, location is just perfect. I wanted to give 5 stars, however i was a bit disappointed about laundry, as they dont provide it over the weekend. Also in our room we had a sofa, which wasnt in a best condition but it did not matter for us cuz we did not use it. Overall i will come back to this hotel again"
