"I expected more from a five-star luxury hotel. Overall, it was okay, but nothing exceptional. The rooftop view was absolutely amazing, definitely the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, my room had no real view, just another building. For a five-star hotel, I expected a more luxurious experience."

"Dissapointed the pool wasn't opened on such a beautiful warm day. The young man who served the beers and coffee was very helpful and professional. The carpets in the room were quite badly stained but e wee bit of refurbishment it would be 5s all the way."
