"The receptionist was very helpful to print out some important tickets. Her English excellent. The only issue was getting into their parking but the good thing was that they thought ahead and reserved spots for guests. Nice work."
"Walking distance to all Gasteiz places we wanted to see. They have a nice breakfast selection before we began our busy days. Rooms were clean but hot. They turn off the AC in the shoulder seasons. Opening window helps, but there is a lot of street noise. Room has fridge (minibar—pay for what you take), a safe, and a small electric water kettle with tea and instant coffee packets.

"The check in process was terrible. You must have a smart phone with What’s App and the hotels app loaded to enable them to communicate with you, send you links and registration documents to be filled in online before you can even enter the building. It was 34C outside and it took us over an hour to register, eventually having to walk 15 minutes to a sister hotel to pick up a key card. Would not recommend it at all."
