"Dissapointed the pool wasn't opened on such a beautiful warm day. The young man who served the beers and coffee was very helpful and professional. The carpets in the room were quite badly stained but e wee bit of refurbishment it would be 5s all the way."

"The hotel and the room assigned to me were clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The airport shuttle was also very helpful when picking me up and dropping me off to bilbao airport. I did not have breakfast there. The distances between the airport and hotel, as well as bilbao downtown to the hotel were short. It cost me $12-15 / Uber trip."

"Such a beautiful hotel! The location was perfect after we were finished with our walk from Porto!! The staff met all of our expectations for a 5-star hotel! The grounds were so beautiful too! All that we wanted to see was within walking distance from the hotel!"

"Nice comfortable room which was modern and tastefully decorated. The hotel is in a fantastic location for the intermodal ( for the airport bus) and the old town is just a few minutes by metro which is also steps away. Staff are very helpful and stored our bags for the day."
