"I always stay at The Manly Pacific when I travel for business bc of the location to my work and great vibe . I usually come every 2 months. I needed a late check out, which they kindly extended for me (which I paid for) however, I was put in a very basic room. No milk for the horrible INSTANT coffee, chair was worn out with holes in the leather, no full length mirror, generally not up to the standard I expect when I’m staying here, and I stay there a lot! A big disappointing."

"One person manning the bar and handling check-in. The poor girls were struggling. First was given a room eight across from the lifts which have a noisy chime when they open. The staff did change our room however the shower drain had a bad smell which permeated the room. Towels in the room were torn. Reception hung up the phone before even answering. Breakfast was hearty. Compliments to the chef on the scrambled eggs. Buttery and runny and well seasoned. Housekeeping was a let down, they changed the towels but left the rubbish and did not even clean the teacups. Overall way overpriced for an Express hotel. "

"Clean room. Pleasant staff. Unfortunately we stayed during a weekend and were unaware of the lack of nearby eating establishments open. The restaurant at the property was closed Sunday. "

"The check in staff (Benjamin) excellent. Early arriving flight so at hotel very early. A room was available and I could check in. This is such a a great thing to have done. Really appreciate it. "

"Received an email stating parking was $35Took a lot of convincing staff who wanted to charge $45. A good idea to take a photo of mini bar. We didn’t use anything but had a small water added to my credit card. The hotel was in a great locality very close to station and metro."
