"This was self check in hotel and I didn’t get any communication on check in. I had booked this via hotels.com. They didn’t response to my hotels.commmesaages and the phone number they provided didn’t work. I had to look for another hotel on rush. Need my money back. "

"No one was at check in and never responded for early check in. The main lock to the building on the second floor never worked we had to always wait for someone to pass in order for us to enter. "

"Brand new. Well located to transport options and not too far from the centre. For the price it was well worth it and a nice stay. Warm at night but with fan running was ok. Needed to close the windows to keep out the street noise. It was super quiet and dark when windows and external blinds closed which was very nice. "
