"The room was perfect. Exceptional accommodations! The bathroom was luxurious and the beds were very comfortable. All amenities required were provided. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. All staff were very accommodating toward any requests. Highly recommend. The only negative from our experience- we asked the front desk to arrange an airport shuttle upon checkout. The taxi they arranged scammed us and drove around the city for 45mins before heading out to...

"We stayed 3 nights. Area was easy to walk to local dining or downtown. Tram to downtown was right in front of the hotel and only 12-15 minute tram ride to downtown area. Room was exactly what I expected. Only negative were the pillows which were very flimsy. A quick call to staff and we had more pillows which did the trick. "

"I was mistakenly given this hotel by Travelocity and it's a $70 cab ride each way. Should have been booked at the Airport location. NO useful shuttle service to either location although the shuttle bus stop sign indicates there is!!!!"

"Best guest services (Emanuel) ever encountered. The hotel stored our two large suitcases, at no cost, for three days before our stay while we visited nearby Interlaken and Lucerne. The Zürich Airport wanted an outrageous 120 Swiss Francs to store them. Transportation to/from the airport was easy. Also, local bus stop was across the street and train station was nearby. Trains to Zurich main station ran every 15 minutes and travel time to Zurich station was only 15 minutes. "
