"the location was nice in that you can see the water, the house is in need of updates. there was a stale smoke smell, paint cans in one of the bathrooms that were dangerous if a child got into them. the bedrooms were comfortable and served the group. The central air was barely working. There were no beach towels as the org listing stated when I booked. NIce coffee shop and breakfast in walking distance."

"Having to text someone to raise the thermostat was frustrating. The top floor was a 10 degree difference from the first floor. There were also no remotes to turn on the fans in the room. Also it claims to sleep 22 and I question that. We had to bring in several air mattresses to sleep 15."

"We stayed with 2 toddlers and it was perfect for our family! Really within our budget and the perfect size so that our kids had space to play and have fun but adults could also have some quiet spaces after bedtime. It was in a great location and everything we needed for our vacation"
