"Poor maintenance , yard unmaintained , mix of rotten fruits and other trash welcomes guests upon reaching gate . Front gate doesn’t latch and people can just go around the back and enter the property . Unused furnitures and junks piled up inside property from the front door , laundry room piled up with used comforters . Our room drawers still has items from previous occupants , presence of large amount of orangey powder inside drawers , free- standing cabinet not a single hanger , only 1 towel...

"Good value. Building needs maintenance- we had to help other guests get into their rooms where doors were broken and door locks were sticking. Location fab for Portswood and easy to find parking on a Saturday night ."

"Absolutely unfit for rental. No bulbs in lamps. No towels. Only boiling water in the shower - unable to take a shower. We had to go to lesure centre to be able to shower. Never again."

"Dirty, changed my room, someone else in my room when I arrived so not safe to leave any belongings in room as someone else was in the building and had access. Didn’t send entry codes to one room. No toilet or shower so had to use a communal toilet which didn’t have any toilet paper. Cheap for a reason. Clearly are not cleaning the rooms. Wouldn’t risk sleeping under the sheets so slept on top of the quilt "

"Was a leak in the room so had to leave, when first arrived got out into the wrong room, cups weren't clean no sheets on the bed or duvet, DO NOT STAY HERE "

"A decent bed for the night, with on suite toilet (no toilet paper though). Decent shared kitchen to use if required, and a quite area at night. Overall, I'll book with Darwin Guest house again."
