I had not received any online communication wrt combination for key box and subsequently had to try to talk to TravelNest who were apparently the booking agent even though I booked through Hotels.Com. "Internet good., staff is very nice, the bar downstairs is nice and handy for a drink, bed comfortable and pillows., shower Very good, heating nice and adjustable. We had supper once in the restaurant, it was good but I wasn't impressed. No face towel here (or flannel). We asked. Bring your own, just bath towels. Parking: good if you come with a little car , in Nov. and not Friday or Saturday night. Not enough place, hard to turn around, super small! Must be terrible in high season. I would forget it."
