"We really enjoyed our short stay at the Carthouse. It's a lovely property in Axbridge, with Cheddar Gorge within easy reach. Communication with Val was excellent and also waited on the side of the road to show us the entrance to the side road. The Carthouse was spotlessly clean and Val had left several thoughtful items to get us started including bread, milk, wine and cider! Thank you Val, it was much appreciated. We'd have no hesitation in recommending this lovely property."

"Terrible property - due to stay here for 5 nights but posed such a health risk that we left immediately and checked in elsewhere at great expense. Sacks of rubbish left, outdoor dining area unusable, dangerous shower, bedroom fans covered in thick dust and mould. Is not as described - is a mid terraced property, not semi-detached as the pictures suggest. Neighbours garden full of trade waste and arguing with each other so would have been unpleasant to sit outside. Undesirable area. Do not stay...

"We loved our stay at Shore Breach. Would strongly recommend this comfortable house in an incredible setting. The deer and rabbits on the lawn made it so magical for our children and we were well placed for day trips including Lyme Regis. The information from the hosts was invaluable and we tried out many of their recommendations. Thank you Sallie and Simon for a wonderful week. "

"We have had a great stay at Vintage Vibes. The bungalow is perfect, spacious, clean and comfortable. Quality furnishings and a great kitchen, we cooked three Christmas dinners there and it had everything we needed! Very thoughtful host with lovely extra touches of a welcome basket for us and treats for Max our dog and it was decorated for Christmas. We would highly recommend the property and it will definitely be our first choice if we stay in Weston again. Thanks Jen."
