Charming two-story home with 4-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. This lovely cottage is located in the heart of the Village of Northport, just minutes from West Grand Traverse Bay. Situated on a quiet side street, it can accommodate up to eight people.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor, each with a queen bed. The two bedrooms upstairs each have two twin beds. The house is nicely furnished with newer furnishings and hardwood floors. It features a 46" HDTV with Roku streaming, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, a 5.1 Dolby Digital sound system, Wi-Fi, and an XBOX 360 with Kinect. There is also a washer and dryer to make relaxation easier. On rainy days, there are board games and a bumper pool table for indoor fun.

Enjoy a lovely wrap-around porch for outdoor relaxation, complete with a charcoal grill and outdoor dining area. The beach and marina are easily accessible via peaceful, tree-lined streets. Enjoy the enchanting surroundings and partake in local festivals such as the Leelanau Wine & Food Festival and the summer Dog Parade. You can also stop by Barb's Bakery for a delicious cinnamon roll!

This wonderful area is worth the drive! Travel north from Suttons Bay along the M-22 corridor that curves around the Bay through vineyards and orchards to the picturesque town of Northport. It is a 45-minute drive to the Sleeping Bear Dunes or Traverse City. Just north of Northport are hiking trails and the Leelanau State Park.
