The only option we were given was to take another room, we didn’t really want to stay since the first room was so bad, but we were not going to be given a refund so we had to. We will never stay at a motel 6 again. "

"The host was very informative and provided all information needed for our stsy. The property was clean and beds all had new bedding. The host provided full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash which is super helpful when traveling. The only challenge was temperature regulation. The thermostat would reset every 1 1/2 hours and drop to 56 degrees. We had to keep resetting, even having to wake up during the night to reset. "
