"For the price, this was the best hotel I've ever visited. At first glance you think its sketchy The infernal highway destruction doesn't help, but once you get inside lobby all is great. Short walk to several good restaurants. The interior was spotless. The room way nice and roomy. Bathroom sparkling. Desk chair not so good but the mattress and bedding is awesome. Quiet and comfy! Breakfast was wanting, but it was hot and plentiful. Staff were helpful, smiling and terrific. All in all a very nice stay. And for the price/location, the best."

"This hotel is funky and not normally a place I would have considered, but as the weekend wore on, I told my husband, I wouldn't mind staying here again. A bar/restaurant is inside the hotel and parking was included. Breakfast was included which is always nice. And the staff was helpful in every way."

"This was my first stay at the Cambria. The front counter staff was friendly and helpful, as was the valet parking staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and my only complaints are there was only one coffee cup provided in the room and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The bar area was welcoming and relaxing, and the bar staff friendly and attentive. The hotel backs up to the Rainey Street entertainment district, which was a definite plus! I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Austin."
