"While this has the potential to be a great, roomy, family retreat in a convenient location, it needs some work. It's listed incorrectly. It's not 4 bedrooms plus a fold-out couch. It's 3 bedrooms, one of which has 2 beds in it. There are 3 sofas in the house, each one long enough for one adult to lay on, but none of them have a fold-out bed and there are no spare linens laid out.
