"Nice spot conveniently located in the heart of Thunder Bay. Staff was extremely accommodating and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and looked like they had a few updates. Hotel is a little dated, but overall a great stay!"

"Room cleaned to what you can see come to find sitting in chair it was also a bed i opened it up to see and what looked like it wasn't really cleaned there was no sheets or pillow made in the bed and tissues inside when i opened it my guess is that it was cleaned in a while it was skipped in the part of cleaning in the room but other then that the room was great quite comfortable stay and air conditioning works great other then other hotels in the city "
