"No one around on arrival, had to ring a number to get someone to check me in, not in the booked room as they were double booked. My bathroom had fake grass carpeting - appreciate its hard wearing, but how do you clean it??. Place was tired and dirty. Could not get bedside light to work, then worked out it wasn't plugged in, with no plug socket on that side of the bed, so more of a bedside ornament than a light.
