"It's in a basement and there was a door to another part of the basement that was locked and we could see a light that was on all night on the other side. It was very quiet though, great if you just need somewhere to sleep."

"We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy.
