"The sunsets were spectacular! Felt like home. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Just an FYI: Some of the window hardware was stripped and difficult closing the windows especially the right one where the round table is. The sliding door near the kitchen would also get stuck and hard to close. The fire detector was missing in the living/kitchen area."

"Beautiful home on Chappy with everything we needed - and more - for a wonderfully relaxing, two-week vacation. Walk to the nearby beach, take the ferry into Edgartown for dinner or shopping, visit the beautiful Japanese garden on the island, and admire the incredible view and spectacular sunsets. Very comfortable, immaculately clean, well maintained home. We cooked most meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and sofas. We absolutely loved our stay! "The hosts are excellent people, great communicators who want VBRO guests to have an outstanding experience. Chappy is a wonderful retreat from the rest of the world. That is my only word of caution, it requires a ferry to eat out or shop. Otherwise this is a great place to read write meditate beach and let go of everyday worries. It has a higher price tag because your paying for a premium location, guest service experience and higher quality accomodation."
