"Upon arriving front desk staff was not friendly, did not welcoming nor advised me of the amenities of the hotel. I came to find out myself that there was continental breakfast and a laundry room. Following day asked the same girl at the front desk if room could be cleaned, She would advise housekeeping. Of course room was not, had to go down to front desk to get clean towels. Told gentleman at front desk my request and he stated housekeeping only cleans every other day, yet the following day room was not made. So overall there is no cleaning of the rooms. The bed and pillows were horrible. Come to find out when checking out , there is a parking fee, would of been nice at the very beginning to know, of the parking fee. "

"Charging visitors $25 for parking must be a joke at this location. It’s a huge lot open to the public and adjacent to a vacant restaurant and strip mall. The fact that this hotel feels comfortable to charge this unexpected fee does not justify or warrant what is offered. I fully regret choosing this hotel when I had many others to choose from in the area."
