"It was lovely to see so many stars and listen to the stream. We also enjoyed the fire in the wood stove (although we had to stoke it every couple hours). The bed was very comfortable. The walk up in the snow was more strenuous than we expected. Next time we'll pack as if for a hiking trip. We'll also stay for more than one night so we can explore the hiking trails."

"We came up to get our kids (4&6) skiing at pleasant mountain. Location was convenient and well priced for a very low key long weekend. House had what we needed including games and puzzles. We were able to get out and explore both bridgton and North Conway easily. We spent little time outside on the property with some wet weather but imagine that would have upped the experience another notch."

"We were a group of eight ladies all family . We had a great time. Several ladies enjoyed using the hot tub. The youngest enjoyed the tree house. Located in a quiet location where we could have some privacy was great too. We prepared most of our own meals and the kitchen was spacious enough for all of us to move around each other. The open concept allowed us all to visit together comfortably."

"We booked this location, because we wanted to go to the Fryburg Fair and North Conway Outlets. It was just 20 minutes from Fryburg and 40 minutes from North Conway. In the evenings we sat out on the patio and checked out the foliage at the Pond. There was an extra friendly neighborhood dog that stopped by for a quick visit."

"Our family had a wonderful stay! The pictures on the listing are very accurate. It is not a huge house but it was very comfortable for our family of four. My wife and I had a bedroom downstairs and our girls shared the upstairs bedroom. They loved having the “entire” upstairs to themselves. The kitchen has all new appliances and was well stocked. "This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp."
