"Pros: clean, large room (king), large bathroom. Food and service was wonderful at the pub!
Cons: no maid service for a 4 night stay. You want fresh towels? Hunt down the cleaning cart on your floor between the hours of 9am and 2pm. I requested the front desk to leave housekeeping a note for clean towels and conditioner that was empty when we checked in, as we were not going to be at the hotel between 9am and 2pm. Towels were graciously left in a bag outside of the room door. Hassle of having to go through security and having to get my purse checked just to grab something from the express café every single time. One elevator as the other had an out of order sign, but NO elevator when leaving the facility at 5:30am resulting in dragging our belongings down 3 flights of stairs.
Hotel is not bad, but not real accommodating to guests."
