Welcoming staff and comfortable stay

Love this hotel. Room was nice. The casino was so fun and the pub had great food for dinner. I will be back!

This property had everything I want in a hotel. A pool, restaurant and a bar. I just wish the bar opened before 5 PM. Otherwise it was very relaxing.

The hosts were welcoming and very helpful with suggestions for dining, shopping and hiking. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Kendall Inn. The staff were very welcoming and their cooking was excellent. They even accommodated my gluten allergy at meals. Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying here during our brief stop over in Auburn on the way to Portland. Having spent the previous week hiking all over Acadia up north and Grafton Notch to the northwest, we were wiped out and in need of a quiet comfortable space to recharge for the night. The Inn itself is beautifully maintained and lushly decorated throughout with one of the most visually appealing, eclectic and layered art collections I've had the pleasure to take in. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated,...

Hotel was very clean and quiet when we arrived. Service was exceptional in every way. All expectations were met.

Going to the Harraseeket Inn is like time traveling, but with the option of taking a smart phone and having the electricity to charge it. It's like that movie, "Somewhere in Time," like you've walked through a time portal by the power of hypnotic suggestion and an Expedia booking. But it is very much, at the same time, part of the present. They have a pool, and the restaurant is quintessentially the definition of a timeless Maine eatery. The afternoon tea is pleasant and steeped with charm. The...

Very cute B and B. Nice personal touches, snacks and extra amenities, toys for your pet, wonderful breakfast. Connie was very personable and knew alot about surrounding area. Within walking of lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect spot. Clean, would stay again.

Overlooking Kennedy Park, the Agora is a reinvigorated, stately building, greatly suited for a small hotel. The staff is gracious, the rooms well appointed in an earlier time period, and the overall ambiance is quite charming. Just what I was looking for... Thank You !

Room was clean. Staff is amazing. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was nice. Plenty of options

It was just a great place to stay. Very quaint, the Inn keepers were very friendly and helpful with what to do in the surrounding areas. Lots of outlet namebrand outlet stores and of course the new LL Bean Flagship store. Which was amazing. Would definitely stay again

We booked a stay at the James Place Inn based on reviews that we read on a few travel sites. I can't even begin to express how well-deserved each and every one of those reviews actually is! Robin and Tori are incredible hosts, pleasant, friendly, easy to talk to, and made us feel right at home before we even got there! We drove up from NYC on a Friday afternoon and hit more traffic than we anticipated, so we called ahead to let the staff know we'd be late. Tori answered the phone and told us...

Mr Patel is so kind and welcoming. I was able to check in early since my room was ready. The parking lot is spacious and I’ve always gotten a space right in front of my room. The room is super clean as are the linens. The appliances looked new and I like the breakfast in the morning as well as getting up earlier to grab a coffee if I don’t want to make it in the room. I will stay again soon when I visit my son at Bowdoin. Also the location is perfect.
