"I stayed here with my family for a few nights and we enjoyed every minute! All three bedrooms were spacious and cozy, and the outside space was super easy to enjoy! If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, i highly recommend staying here!"

"Pros: the layout of this house plus the location was perfect for our Cooperstown ASV week. It’s a beautiful house with some great upgrades. The huge deck and backyard made for a great team bbq.Cons: I’d say the only real con was the AC didn’t work great upstairs, so on the really hot days the temp difference between down and up was pretty rough.On the whole - we all had a fabulous time and really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely recommend this house for future CASV families and any others...

"We stayed here for a week during our Cooperstown trip. The house is 20 mins to All Star Village. The house was fantastic. Very clean, top of the line appliances, and all the necessities you need. Communication with the host was great. We even bought fishing poles and did some fishing between baseball games. Would highly recommend to any family."

"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

"I messaged several properties last minute and luckily, I received a response from the one i knew the least about. Exploring the property and home was part of the fun, we didn’t want to leave for any meal! Very child friendly and made our experience that much more welcoming with a meet & greet horses. Great water pressure, no worries of hot water or heat at night. Close to town, highway access, gas & groceries. Slept 6 comfortably. Best sleep of 2019, high end bedding, towels & pillows. Stacey...
