"Booked a junior suite for one night. Stunning room, could possibly do with a little tlc in the DIY department but absolutely spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee facilities were spot on but could possibly find a bigger fridge not located right next to the bed much more useful than what was provided. The Bentley tour to start our stay was absolutely fantastic and Jim made us feel very welcome and had a great knowledge of the city. Would absolutely stay again, its a lovely hotel and a great location."

"Was an ok stay. Brasserie staff good and helpful. Garden Bar staff were either great or unfriendly! Unfortunately it was one very unfriendly female member of staff who made it difficult. Breakfast was plentiful but hot food was tepid and not a good quality. Overall an ok stay!"
