"This Hotel was nice and clean. There was not a refrigerator or microwave or coffee in the room or on the premises. It is located in a great spot for activities near Time Square and there are coffee shops and cafes close. It is an older building and I'm not sure if I would stay on the 11th floor if I took this trip all over again. It was nice for the price we paid and we felt very safe. Staff was always friendly."

"Junior and Armanda were exceptionally helpful and accommodating! After a fiscal with parking, Junior was able to rectify the issue and offered additional support for my daughters and I! Extraordinary view of the city and security was always around. Breakfast was delicious and not like a full service, but offered us just what we needed to start the day. Exceptional location real close to Time Square. We enjoyed everything about this location and the extremely helpful staff. Definitely a place to consider if you like somewhere close to Time Square, but not a lot of space in the rooms. Just enough room for 2 beds and the restroom. Amenities were very nice and useful. They even cleaned out room while we were out all day and did a great job!"
