Nosara Apartment with Pool View, 3 min walk beach

Beautiful apartment to relax during your vacation, with spacious living room, kitchen, queen size bed, sofa cama and private balcony with pool view. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach.
You can enjoy our beautiful tropical garden by the pool, where you can see sometimes monkeys, iguanas, squirrels and butterflies.
You would have access during your stay to our workout area and rooftop with ocean view.
We are located in a quite area a short distance to restaurants, shops, yoga centers, pilates, jiu-jitsu, muay thai, etc.

A 15 minutes walk away or 5 minutes drive you can be at one of the most famous surfing beaches "Playa Guiones".

Best Vacation of our Lives

Our host Mari and staff are outstanding. They made our stay very comfortable and were so helpful. Mari provided us with a very useful list of shops and restaurants upon arrival. The property was well maintained, private and lush with plants. We felt at home away from home.

Super Spot

The apartment is just the right size for two people. The small pool is perfect for a quick dip and sunning oneself. The property is located very close to a beautiful beach and a couple of different restaurants. Marilyn is very nice and right on top of everything. I plan to stay at this location again next year.

I rarely give bad reviews. But I felt compelled to write this one. When I first arrived I accidentally used my code on the apartment door nextdoor and to my surprise the door opened! The same code worked on my apartment, There was no sliding bolt on the inside and a noticeable space between the frame of the door and the door. Being right on a dusty road meant dust made its way inside. Air conditioning only in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need but my overall experience was not pleasant.The first day the owner was sitting around the pool with her friends and a large dog playing loud music. They were drinking and quite loud. I went for a swim anyway but it was not relaxing. I went out to meet a friend for dinner. When I got home it was even louder so I asked them to turn the music down. They did. The photos are deceptive. The place looks clean and new, but the apartment is tired. The tiles need to be re-grouted in the shower and in the bathroom I told the owner that the curtains in the living room were dirty and not wide enough to cover the window at night. It’s a throughway people walk by to the other apartments so I didn’t feel comfortable at night. She offered to come over and wash the curtains but insisted “nobody can see in”.it’s in a good location just five minutes walk to the beach and some restaurants but I would not recommend this place unless the owner put put some TLC into the place and freshened it up.

Host was wonderful and the property and unit were very clean. Host is eco-friendly and answered any and all questions we had. It had everything we needed (basic kitchenette was so nice to have)...we were concerned about AC looking at other properties in the area, and this place cooled right down and was very comfortable. Wi-fi was reliable. Great location - and was great to be within walking distance of multiple beaches, especially through unique shaded paths. Will definitely stay again!
