Our room was cleaned everyday and we were shuttled everywhere with a quick call to the main reception, free of charge. It was quite the service. The ocean was beautiful. "We love the resort and have returned many times, including to the Quinta da Ecosta Velha part of the resort. The villa manager and owner were friendly, helpful and efficient. Everything went really smoothly checking in and out. The villa is lovely and bright with lovely decor and a home from home feeling. Aircon is also good for stiller days but there's a gentle breeze most of the time. Indoor and outdoor areas to eat and lounge and lots of space. Less than a minutes walk to the shared pool. Would highly recommend."
"Moinho Calmo was the highlight of my stay! I had mistakenly booked it for the wrong day, contacted them, and they kindly changed my date. I love the uniqueness of the property and will always remember this place. When can you sleep in a windmill? It was so perfect. Bathroom was amzing, decor spot on, bedroom upstairs incredible. There was a little private patio where I could sip my local wine that they sell inside. Roman checked me in and gave me the tour and their history - so personable and nice. Nelly cooked an incredible amazing breakfast and served all her guests with a smile. You can tell she puts love into her cooking. Homemade jams, breads, everything. I can't say enough about them and their place. You will not regret staying here! "
