"Everything is above our expectation from arrival till departure at this hotel which is just a stone throw across the river of Montreal city. The lobby receptionist, Marie, is very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She let us know about the parking app used to pay for Montreal meter parking and helped us to find and install it,as well as helping us other personal stuffs. Her professionalism is above and beyond our high expectation.

"The room was great! Very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful with room directions and parking was included. Only issue I had was getting out of the parking and the gate wouldn’t open even after putting the card in. Had to call the help button and they opened the gate for me. The restaurant had decent food and friendly staff as well. Convent location. Would stay here again. "
