"The room decor was so fun! Nostalgic, but modern! Bathroom is new and clean - lovely toiletries provided. It has been so long since I've seen an in-room mini bar and snacks (for a fee) - awesome. Also complementary tea and coffee available. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

" Staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and beautiful. There were a few minor issues, such as some chipped paint in the bathroom, and this time the bed was smaller than during my previous stay, which may be due to the fact that I indicated I would be staying alone instead of with a plus one. I would have preferred liquid body wash rather than the soap bar provided during both stays, especially since bar soap can be difficult to share when there are two guests. I also wish that at least one bottle of water were complimentary — my options were either tap water from the bathroom or purchasing a bottle. That said, if you bring your own toiletries and water (or be willing to purchase), you will likely have no complaints. It’s a lovely, clean, and spacious property with thoughtful touches like cute towels , bath robes, two shower heads, and diffusers, and I do intend to visit again. I love going to Nordik Spa, and the location is perfect — very close by and easy to walk to if you don’t drive. It’s also close to Ottawa and nearby stores, making it easy to walk or find affordable transportation."

Insisted on direct contsct with front desk at hotel. Called and young gentleman immidistly confimrd reservation. Extremely helpful, kind, professional.four stars for this employee. Parking ok.
